How to make a Carita coffee
STEP 1 “I’m new!”
The freshly ground coffee powder has an exceptional taste and aroma, and it is best to grind it with a hand mill or an electric mill just before it is roasted.
STEP 2 “Weighing”
Add coffee powder for the number of people. The standard amount for one serving (120 ml) is about 10 g
About 20 g for two, about 30 g for three
STEP 3 “Steaming”
Allow the boiling water to cool a little (about 90 degrees to 92 degrees)
Pour some hot water to the extent that the whole powder gets wet and steam for about 30 seconds. The point of this steamy taste
STEP 4 “pour slowly”
